Neek's Kitchen

This page is dedicated to  my son, Nikko who aspires to become a chef someday.  He is currently finishing his studies in culinary and is busy working two jobs at the Cannery in Newport Beach and Pizzeria Mozza on Melrose and Highland in LA.  Yes, it's quite a drive, but his passion for cooking is what's keeping him going.  In between work and school, he experiments and prepares a dish or two for us. I will also share some recipes from his kitchen.
